Parent's Guide to Askie

Learn how to use Askie safely and make the most of AI-powered learning for your children

How Askie Protects Your Child

Multi-Layer Content Filtering

Every conversation and image goes through multiple safety filters before reaching your child. Our AI is specifically trained to provide age-appropriate, educational content and automatically blocks inappropriate requests.

Age-Appropriate Content

Content is automatically adjusted based on your child's age. Younger children receive simpler explanations with more visual elements, while older children get more detailed information appropriate for their developmental stage.

Real-Time Moderation

All content is moderated in real-time. If inappropriate content is detected, it's immediately blocked and parents are notified through the dashboard.

COPPA Compliance

Askie is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect unnecessary personal information, never share data with third parties, and give parents full control over their child's data.

Parental Controls & Monitoring

Dashboard Access

Parents have access to a comprehensive dashboard where you can review all conversations, see what images were generated, and monitor your child's learning progress.

Usage Limits

Set daily or weekly limits on text queries, image generations, and voice chat minutes. The app will automatically stop when limits are reached, helping you manage screen time.

Conversation History

Review complete conversation transcripts at any time. See what your child is learning about and use it as a starting point for further discussions.

Profile Management

Create separate profiles for each child with individualized age settings. You can pause or delete profiles at any time.
